Our seated sessions can be transformative. The impact immeasurable. People look forward to our massage days, they describe a tangible change in the office environment and feel comfortable building a relationship with their therapist. The sessions encourage discussions with line managers in difficult situations, signposting of key wellbeing services and support wellbeing on every level. |

Health coaching introduces a wholistic approach to health. Addressing and supporting individuals and teams to achieve health goals through nutritional, fitness and behavioural change. Introductory sessions at work identify goals and targets and direct employees to invest in a personal plan outside of the working environment. Health coaching sessions at work complement external work and provide support and accountability in the workplace wellbeing sessions.
