Massage at Work 
​

Massage at Work is one of our core deliverables that has an effect of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. 
​

​Our seated 15 minute sessions can be transformative. The impact immeasurable.

People  look forward to our massage days, they describe a  tangible change in the office environment and feel comfortable building a relationship with their therapist. The sessions encourage discussions with line managers in difficult situations, signposting of key wellbeing services and support wellbeing on every level.

Physio at Work  ​

Physio at Work offers functional recovery plans for injuries and postural
imbalances. Sessions signpost individuals to resources and offer exercise
plans to support rehabilitation. 
We suggest 30 minute sessions targeted at people who have specific injuries
​in the first instance.

Nutrition at Work 

Understanding how to maintain energy levels, simple tricks for a healthy lunches, 
and how nutrition can support a healthy mindset, are all part of our nutrition at
work workshops.

a healthier approach with nourishing nutrition.

Fit to Sit Workshops
Designed to address MSK and postural imbalances that affect desktop posture.

Our trainers educate staff in the benefits of how a 'strong core' affects neck, back and lower back tension when sitting.
