We don't have much free space in the office. How can we get involved? We usually offer this to small groups of 4 - 6. a small meeting room usually is able to fulfil our requirements Whats the difference between pilates at work and 'fit to sit'? The 'fit to sit' sessions are 30 minute, group sessions focused on creating a healthy working posture.
