JULES FRANCIS Nutritional & Behaviouralist Jules has always been passionate about food, healthy eating and the fundamental connections between mind and body. Even as a teenager I was fascinated by the effect of food and the environment on people’s mood. While friends drank or smoked I preferred to indulge in a cup of herbal tea! Over time, Jules came to understand that our complex relationship with food is often driven by our relationships, career, beliefs and exercise. If those “Primary Foods” aren’t nourished, then a dysfunctional relationship with actual food (Secondary Foods) can be one of the symptoms. She works with people to break this cycle and take steps towards Eating Better, Looking Better and Feeling Better. With the right techniques and tools, you will start to understand the behaviours that drive you and the patterns that trigger them. You’ll discover how best to nourish your Primary Foods and how Secondary Foods then becomes one of life’s greatest joys. |
