Return to Work
Its difficult when we have had a prolonged leave of absence from the workplace, especially when your health has been directly affected. Our health coaches provide a Return to Work Programme that addresses the physical mental and emotional needs of your people and supports them in creating a full recovery and returning to the workplace. We work in 1-2-1 and group settings to identify key concerns, support understanding of supportive lifestyle changes, and encourage nutritional and physical activities to boost energy, support recovery and improve mindset. Working with the individual we coach to encourage personal growth and development. Sleep and Supporting Shift work Eating Well at Work Hydration Gut Health Managing Stress Understanding and supporting disease Mindfulness and Meditation Coaching is a personal process and will be tailored to the individual needs of your people. |
