Why is posture important?
Functional posture is creating strength in the muscles groups we require to
perform our daily activities. This includes sitting and standing at our desks.
Our body's are intrinsically designed to adapt to imbalances in strength by
using other muscles less suitable for the job in hand. This creates postural issues.
Yoga at work can focus on strengthening weak postural muscles and support a healthy desktop posture.
We don't have much free space in the office. How can we get involved?
A couple of our clients hire a local space to use for yoga. We can point you in the right direction if you need help.
How many people can we have in a session ?
We usually offer this to small groups of up to 10 people. We can do more, just make sure you have the space.
