Massage at Work is one of our core deliverables that has an effect of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

​Our seated sessions can be transformative. The impact immeasurable.

People  look forward to our massage days, they describe a  tangible change in the office environment and feel comfortable building a relationship with their therapist. The sessions create an environment to relax, speak honestly, switch off, offer signposting. We deliver reporting on specific health concerns, signposting to support your  wellbeing strategy focus.

Nutrition at Work 

Understanding how to maintain energy levels, simple tricks for a healthy lunches, 
and how nutrition can support a healthy mindset, are all part of our nutrition at
work workshops. 

Help people make a shift from sugar highs and lows, and coffee kicks and 
a healthier approach with nourishing nutrition.

Health Coaching 
Health coaching is leading the way in wellbeing at work.  Addressing and supporting individuals and teams to achieve health goals through nutritional, fitness and behavioural change. Introductory sessions can be delivered as group wellbeing talks, 1-2-1 mini session and can be targeted to address specific health concerns such as diabetes, heart health, sleep, immune health and digestive health.  Identifying goals and targeting supportive behaviours allows employees to integrate wellbeing into their everyday . 
Health Coaching sessions are educational and focus on changing behaviours to support a culture of wellbeing in the workplace.
