Health coaching is leading the way in wellbeing at work. Addressing and supporting individuals and teams to achieve health goals through nutritional, fitness and behavioural change. Introductory sessions can be delivered as group wellbeing talks, 1-2-1 mini session and can be targeted to address specific health concerns such as diabetes, heart health, sleep, immune health and digestive health. Identifying goals and targeting supportive behaviours allows employees to integrate wellbeing into their everyday .
